AGREEMENTS & AUTHORIZATIONS By signing below, Client authorizes Office of Nonprofit Global Experts, LLC to prepare the selected services and, where applicable, to file documents with the IRS/state using information provided
by Client. Client affirms all information supplied is accurate and will promptly provide any additional documentation
requested. Client understands government and third‑party fees are separate unless expressly included. Wealth Transfer 501(c)(3) Host Program: Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on the Client’s execution of the provided system (promotion cadence, host team staffing, venue capacity, and post‑event follow‑up). The $25,000+ fundraiser target reflects the model at 300 paid attendees at $125 each; actual results vary. Full program terms (timeline, responsibilities, revenue handling, refunds/cancellations, and use of the brand/toolkit) are defined in the event agreement, which controls.
